The first lady retold the CDC’s recommendations on wearing masks on Twitter.
First lady Melania Trump tweeted a photo of herself wearing a protective mask to convince Americans to follow the recommendations of the Centers for disease control and prevention (CDC).
“While the CDC continues to study the spread of COVID-19, they recommend that people wear cloth masks in public places where it may be difficult to observe the principles of social distance, such as grocery stores and pharmacies. Remember, this is not a substitute for social distance. This is another recommendation to help protect us all, “Mrs. Trump said in a video posted on Twitter.
Previously, the first lady has repeatedly published such ads about the CDC recommendations on her account, which has 13.7 million users, but this is the first time that she has put on a mask herself.
