Melania Trump said she was trying to give advice to her husband

The wife of the President said that sometimes the American leader listens to her opinion, but sometimes not.

The first lady of the United States Melania Trump said she was trying to give advice to her husband – American leader Donald Trump, but the final decision is always up to him. She told about it on Wednesday in interview to Fox News channel.

“I give advice to my husband and always share my opinion with him. Sometimes he listens to me, and sometimes he doesn’t,” said the President’s wife, stressing that, in turn, she does not agree with the President in everything and openly tells him about it.

Melania Trump during a conversation with TV presenter Sean Hannity also said that in the role of the first lady it was the hardest for her to get used to the attention of those who play her name in the interests of her own promotion – writers, comedians, journalists. “They make up stories that are wrong, but it doesn’t hurt me,” trump said. “Despite criticism from the press, I continue to do what I think is right for myself and the American people.”

48-year-old Melania, nee Knauss, married Donald Trump in 2005. She is a native of Slovenia, from 16 years engaged in modeling.
