The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, made her first public appearance after she and Prince Harry renounced Royal privileges. She visited a women’s crisis center in Canada.
“Look who we had the honor to drink tea with today! The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has dropped in to discuss pressing issues concerning women,” the center said in a Facebook post.
The Daily Telegraph noticed the photo. In the comments, users expressed their admiration for Meghan Markle: they liked that she came to the center in ordinary clothes, and not in a “Duchess costume” and kept naturally.
Meghan Markle and her son Archie now live in Canada, the center that the Duchess visited is in Vancouver. Harry has remained in the UK for the time being.
On January 8, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle asked Elizabeth II to strip them of the title of senior members of the Royal family in order not to be supported by Britain. They intend to make a living on their own. So, the media learned that Markle has already signed a contract with Disney.
