Media reported on increase in US military presence in eastern Syria

Military equipment and personnel are being transferred by the central command of the United States to eastern Syria.

It is noted that on Saturday a convoy of 60 pieces of equipment arrived in the provinces of Hasaka and Deir Ez-Zor: armored vehicles and trucks with military and logistical equipment.

According to the portal, two days earlier, 50 units of military vehicles also arrived in these regions, and last week about 100 more units of equipment were located at the bases of American troops in the eastern part of Deir Ez-Zor.

According to the media, Russian troops are also concentrating forces and assets in the north-east of Syria. It is specified that weapons, equipment and cargo for various purposes were sent to the area of ​​the Kamyshly airport, located in Hasake province, on 26 trucks.

Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that Turkish soldiers have begun evacuating from the Syrian Hama.
