Maguire and Rashford have a skirmish in the match against Crystal Palace

On Wednesday, March 3, the 29th round of the English Premier League Crystal Palace – Manchester United (0: 0) took place. During the meeting, there was a skirmish between the Mancunian footballers.

According to the Daily Mail, in the second half, Manchester United captain Harry Maguire expressed dissatisfaction with striker Marcus Rashford being constantly caught offside.

British journalists did not hear the defender’s first words, but they managed to make out further dialogue. Rashford asked, “What do you want me to do?” Maguire replied, “Damn it, watch the offside line!” To which Rashford reacted expressively with the following words: “Shut up, you bastard!”

The source notes that Harry Maguire was not the only Manchester United player to criticize Marcus Rashford.

Manchester United have 51 points in 27 matches and is ranked second in the Premier League standings, 14 points behind Premier League leader Manchester City (65).
