Lopez is the youngest boxer in history to win four championship belts

Teofimo Lopez, 23, became the youngest athlete in boxing history to win four world titles.

The boxer won all these titles in a fight with Ukrainian Vasily Lomachenko, in which he won a sensational victory.

In Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), a fight took place between the WBC, WBA Super and WBO lightweight champion, Ukrainian Vasily Lomachenko, and the owner of the IBF belt Teofimo Lopez.

The fight ended with a sensational victory for Lopez by a referee decision – 116-112, 119-109, 117-111.

Recall that in the fight Lomachenko – Lopez, the title of the absolute world champion in lightweight was played. This is the first time since July 2018 that an absolute world champion has appeared in professional boxing.
