LG will release a smartphone slider with two screens – one will rotate over the second

LG in the second half of 2020 will release a Wing smartphone with a double screen, the main display of which will rotate, revealing the second screen below it. About this writes the publication ETNews.

The main display will be 6.8 inches, and the secondary – 4 inches with an aspect ratio of 1 to 1. It is planned that using the second display, users will be able to engage in multi-tasking projects, for example, display the photo for editing on the first and the application interface on the second for processing images.

It is planned that the smartphone will receive 5G support, a seventh series Snapdragon processor, and a triple rear camera with a 64 MP main sensor.

The cost of the device will be about $820, but it is not known whether Wing will appear anywhere outside of Korea. The release date is tentatively set for the second half of 2020.

Earlier it became known that Apple will also release new iPhone models with support for the next-generation 5G network. It is planned that the new iPhone Pro will be equipped with three cameras on the back of the device, a LiDAR scanner for augmented reality technologies, while cheaper devices will have two cameras on the rear device.
