Instead, the Korean manufacturer has pre-ordered the simpler Snapdragon 775G SoC. Most likely, while the company will focus on devices in the middle price segment. Therefore, it is not worth waiting for the successor to the LG G8X ThinQ in the first half of 2021.
As a reminder, the Snapdragon 875 chip is set to debut at the Tech Summit on December 1-2. According to rumors, it will be built on 5-nanometer process technology and will receive two versions. The novelty should work on the Kryo 685 cores.
