“Los Angeles Lakers” forward LeBron James scored 23 points, 17 rebounds and 16 assists in the first leg of the NBA playoffs against the “Portland Trail Blazers”.
James became the first player in NBA history to have at least 20 points, 15 rebounds, and 15 assists in a playoff match. In addition, LeBron became the first Lakers basketball player since Magic Johnson in 1991 to score 14 or more assists in the playoffs.
James, 35, averaged 25.0 points, 10.6 assists, and 7.9 rebounds per match before suspending the season due to the coronavirus pandemic, with 49% field play accuracy. LeBron is considered one of the top MVP contenders alongside Milwaukee Bucks forward Yannis Adetokunbo. James’ Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA Western Conference for the first time since 2010. In Orlando, James will try to win the fourth championship title in his career. LeBron is a two-time NBA champion with the Miami Heat and one time with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
