British Prime Minister Boris Johnson spent a second night in the intensive care unit. He is receiving oxygen and his condition is described as stable.
Johnson, whose coronavirus tests came back positive two weeks ago, was admitted to St. Thomas hospital on Sunday evening due to a persistent high temperature and cough. On Monday, his condition worsened and he was transferred to the intensive care unit.
“The Prime Minister is in a stable condition, he feels comfortable, he is in a good mood,” junior health Minister Edward Argar said on Wednesday. – They gave him oxygen, but they didn’t put him on a ventilator.”
