Jodie Foster appeared at the Golden Globes with her wife Alexandra Hedison

Among the Golden Globe Awards guests yesterday was actress Jodie Foster, 58, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress. The star was among those who preferred to stay at home and contacted the studio via video.

On the screen, Foster appeared with her 51-year-old wife, photographer Alexandra Hedison, who, along with their beloved pet, sat with the actress on the couch and supported her.

Foster and Hedison appeared in relaxed looks at the awards: both were dressed in pyjamas and looked very happy. When Foster heard her name among the winners (she won the award for her role in the movie “The Mauritanian”), she and Hedison kissed on the air.

I love my wife. Thanks, Alex! – she thanked her beloved.

For years, Jodie Foster hid her homosexuality. She made a public come-out only in 2013. And, by the way, it happened at the Golden Globe Awards. A year after that, he and Hedison, who had previously had an affair with the famous TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres, got married.

Marriage for Foster was the first, although, before that, she had several affairs with women. The actress also has two sons, 20-year-old Charles and 19-year-old Christopher, whom she raised with her former lover Sidney Bernard. According to rumours, the star gave birth to children with the help of IVF.
