The other day, 39-year-old Jessica Alba posted a photo with her eldest child, 12-year-old Honor, in which she hugs her daughter and cries. And all because Honor grew up and became taller than her mother.
The moment you realize that your first child is taller than you
– signed the frame of Jessica. With her husband, producer Cash Warren, the actress, in addition to Honor, is raising two more daughters – 9-year-old Haven and 2-year-old Hayes.
Cash and Jessica recently gave an interview in which they talked a little about parenting. The wife of the actress then strictly noted:
One thing that Jessica and I are 100 percent on about is that our kids shouldn’t grow up to be assholes. If they go astray, we will not leave it that way. We try to instill in them the values that our parents instilled in us.
And Alba continued:
I’m not ashamed to set rules and daily obligations for them. They make their beds, set the table, clear the table – it’s elementary, isn’t it? They participate in housework and learn to take care of themselves.
Warren and Alba began dating in 2004 on the set of Fantastic Four. Three years later, they announced their engagement and got married in 2008.
