Jensen Ackles has supported the residents of Texas affected by the frost

In light of recent events related to Texas’s freezing temperatures, actor Jensen Ackles supported his fellow countrymen. He urged those who were not indifferent to donate to help the victims. On his Instagram page, Eccles posted links to charity pages in Austin, Dallas and Houston.

“My fellow Texans, family and friends suffering from this sheer madness in our beautiful Lone Star State. With my heart and thoughts, I am with you. And those who want to help people, follow the links and make a donation,” wrote Jensen on his microblog and accompanied the post with his photo, where he poses in a cowboy hat against the backdrop of snow-covered trees.

Recall that at the end of February, frosts and heavy rainfall, abnormal for these places, came to the south of the United States, which led to people’s death. Texas was particularly hard hit. Due to the unprecedented demand for space heating, the local heating system was out of order, and the water supply also stopped because people have to boil the snow.

Over 50 people have died due to hypothermia. Many also suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning, trying to keep warm. Empty counters, huge queues, despair and panic – all this also accompanies what is happening in Texas. President Joe Biden has declared the state a disaster zone.
