Jared Kushner and Dominic Raab discuss Middle East peace process

They welcomed the historic agreement to normalize relations between Israel and the UAE.

US presidential adviser Jared Kushner and British foreign Minister Dominic Raab discussed the Middle East peace process on Thursday, the British Foreign Ministry said.

“They welcomed the historic agreement to normalize relations between Israel and the UAE and discussed US efforts to help normalize relations between Israel and the other Arab States,” the official said.

“The Minister told Mr. Kushner about his recent visit to Israel and the United States…Palestinian territories, and that he called for the resumption of cooperation between Israeli and Palestinian leaders as a first step towards the resumption of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process,” the British foreign office said in a statement.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson also attended the talks for some time.

“The Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary have made clear their commitment to an agreed two-state solution,” a British foreign office spokesman said.
