The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has again attacked Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip, the army said in a statement.
On Thursday night, the Israeli military also carried out airstrikes on objects in the enclave.
“In response to the launch of explosive balloons from Gaza towards Israel, we attacked military installations and a rocket launch site belonging to Hamas in Gaza,” the IDF said on Twitter.
It is also noted that the IDF has increased its readiness for various scenarios and will continue to strike at Hamas targets in Gaza.
