Insider: Qualcomm is going to release 8nm Snapdragon 732G chip without 5G support

An insider said that Qualcomm is currently working on a new processor for mid-range devices.

The details were shared by an insider on Twitter. The novelty will be called Snapdragon 732G and will be an improved version of the Snapdragon 730G chip. The processor will be built using an 8-nanometer process technology. It is also credited with 2 powerful Kryo 470 Gold cores with a maximum clock speed of 2.3GHz, an Adreno 618 graphics accelerator, improved processing capabilities for AI functions, and no 5G modem. There is no other information about the processor yet.

According to the leak, Snapdragon 732G will debut soon. Smartphones with it on board will cost less than $300.
