On June 2, Huawei will host an event in China where the Huawei Watch 3 and Huawei MatePad 2 tablets are to be shown. As it turned out, these will not be all new items. According to an insider Digital Chat Station, a slightly improved version of the original MatePad Pro should also be expected at the presentation. Moreover, according to the informant, the gadget will be delivered not on the proprietary Kirin chip, but on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.
The novelty is also credited with 8 GB of RAM, 128/256 GB of built-in, 8 MP front camera, 13 MP main camera, 7250 mAh battery, and support for the second generation M-Pen stylus. The tablet should work out of the box with HarmonyOS 2.0 preinstalled.
