Last week, the first high-quality images of the AirPods Studio Bluetooth headphones appeared on the network, and now an insider with the nickname L0vetodream spoke about one interesting feature of the new product.
So, according to the source, the AirPods Studio will be equipped with a proprietary Apple U1 chip. It originally debuted in the iPhone 11. It is also installed in the new Apple Watch Series 6 and is planned to be added to the AirTag. The chip is based on Ultra WideBand (UWB) technology. It is capable of locating the Apple device. The technology is more energy-efficient than GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, the company says.

Recall that AirPods Studio is codenamed B515. The headphones will receive a minimalist design, as well as a metal case with leather inserts. They will be equipped with magnetic ear pads, a USB-C charging port and a function that will automatically detect the right and left earbuds. Also, the new product will be able to boast of an active noise canceling system with multiple microphones, Transparency Mode and an equalizer. It can be configured using macOS or iOS devices.
