In Venezuela the incumbent army colonel admitted Guaido as the President

The Colonel of land forces of Venezuela Rubén Alberto Paz Jimenez acknowledged leader of the opposition Juan Guaido the interim President. This is reported by RBC with reference to the local edition of Nuevo Herald and a video of Jimenez, which is published on YouTube.

Jimenez said that in January he participated in demonstrations against the current President Nicolas Maduro.
