British illustrator Vivien Schwartz said on her Twitter page that she and her colleagues are using the game Red Dead Redemption 2 for video conferencing, not Zoom or other more suitable tools.
At first, Schwartz and his colleagues held meetings at Zoom, but they began to annoy the team, so it was decided to change the situation. They switched to meetings in Minecraft, which was almost perfect for this, but there was a problem – people just left the conferences and started digging or dumping gravel for the meeting table, and later it became clear that holding meetings in Minecraft is not very fun.
Zoom sucks, we started having editorial meetings in Red Dead Redemption instead. It's nice to sit at the campfire and discuss projects, with the wolves howling out in the night

According to her, the cowboys in Red Dead Redemption 2 are most consistent with the meeting – they scratch their noses, frown, and gesticulate. When you need to read a document, in the game the character opens a list of weapons and simulates reading.
Vivien Schwartz hopes that Rockstar will learn about the use of RDR in this way, and will create special servers for video conferencing.
