In the state of Florida, a high-rise building collapsed

A multi-story building partially collapsed in the state of Florida, the Miami-Dade County Fire and Rescue Service of the state reported on Twitter. There is information about one dead and eight injured.

“The Miami-Dade Fire and Rescue Service is at the site of a partial collapse of a building in the area of 88th Street and Collins Avenue. More than 80 teams… are at the scene with the assistance of the municipal fire services, ” the local rescue service account says.

“At least one person was killed after a multi-story building in (the city of) Surfside partially collapsed,” CBS TV channel notes. According to the TV channel, rescuers managed to pull a child out from under the rubble.
