In Pennsylvania rejected the claim in the case of late ballots

The US Court of Appeals for the third circuit rejected a Republican party lawsuit seeking to invalidate nearly 10,000 ballots that arrived late in Pennsylvania, the court document said.

“We will confirm the district court’s refusal to grant the plaintiffs’ emergency request for a temporary injunction or preliminary injunction,” the text reads.

Presidential elections were held in the United States on November 3. According to preliminary data, the victory was won by Joe Biden; the largest American media announced his victory. At the same time, the current US President, Republican Donald Trump, said that the election is far from over, and he intends to defend his own victory in court.
