In Brazil, two Ministers were infected with coronavirus

The Minister of education of Brazil Milton Ribeiro and Minister for the civil rights Onyx Lorenzoni reported to have contracted the coronavirus.

“On Thursday evening, I began to feel symptoms that could be related to COVID; on Friday, I passed testing, including a PCR test, and today the result was obtained, COVID was detected,” Minister Lorenzoni wrote on his Twitter account.

Education Minister Milton Ribeiro also announced his diagnosis on Twitter.

“This morning, I tested positive for COVID; I am already being treated and will work remotely,” the Minister wrote.

Ribeiro, 62, took office as Minister last week, testing for the coronavirus after he spoke with President Jair Bolsonaro when it was not yet known that He was also infected.
