Huawei will search for defects in the program code using a static analyzer

A new participant of the Innopolis SEZ – Huawei – presented a project of its development, which will check the quality of the code in the company’s OS. This was reported by the press service of the SEZ.

The static analyzer will automatically validate the program code and find hidden defects in it. As a result, the quality of the written code will improve. The developers claim that the new solution will be more efficient than the existing analyzers. In addition, the product will be open source, which means that it will be able to be used for checking program texts in other companies.

In addition to Huawei, the list of new residents and partners includes 15 companies, including Ak Bars Digital Solutions, Ozone Technologies, Cyberscape Investments, Promvad, Synergy Soft, HightechPark and others.

Another SEZ partner, KUKA concern, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of robotics, industrial and system equipment, together with Innopolis University, will open a competence center for enterprises interested in modernizing production processes. An industrial robot with installed software is supposed to be developed in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

And the Ozon Technologies company presented a project on robotization and automation of logistics of the OZON marketplace. The project concerns the robotization of logistics centers and the development of robotic systems for efficient storage, processing and delivery of orders. We are designing our own software and hardware platform.
