Huawei will present the MatePad 2 tablets and the Watch 3 smartwatch with HarmonyOS on June 2

Information has appeared on the network more than once that Huawei will hold a presentation of new devices next month. Now, this has been confirmed by another insider.

According to a Weibo informant, the event will take place on June 2. The main highlight of the program will be the Huawei MatePad 2 and Huawei MatePad Pro 2. According to previous leaks, the base model will receive a mid-range MediaTek processor, a display with FHD resolution at 120 Hz, support for an M-Pen stylus, four Harman Kardon speakers, and a fast-charging 40 watts. The Huawei MatePad Pro 2, in turn, will feature a flagship Kirin chip, Samsung’s 2K AMOLED screen, and 66W fast charging.

In addition to the tablet, two smart watches should also be expected at the presentation next month: Huawei Watch 3 and Huawei Watch 3 Pro. They are credited with round screens, 46mm cases and eSIM support. By the way, all four new items should come with the proprietary operating system HarmonyOS on board.
