Huawei announced today its new tablet – MatePad 11

Huawei, as promised, announced today its new tablet – MatePad 11. The novelty made its debut not only in China but also in Europe.

The tablet is equipped with a 10.95-inch IPS display. The screen has a resolution of 2.5K, TUV Rheinland certification, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The panel supports the proprietary M Pencil stylus.

Under the hood, Huawei MatePad 11 is powered by last year’s flagship Snapdragon 865 processor. The chip is paired with 6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of ROM. The built-in storage can be expanded with a microSD card up to 1 TB.

The new product is equipped with stereo speakers with proprietary Histen 7.0 Sound Effects technology, a 13 MP main camera, and an 8 MP front camera. The gadget is powered by a 7250 mAh battery. Charging takes place via the USB-C port. The tablet has Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6 support, but there is no SIM card slot.

Out of the box, the Huawei MatePad 11 has a proprietary HarmonyOS operating system. You can read about its main features in our separate article.

The Huawei MatePad 11 will go on sale in Europe later this month. For the 6/64 GB version, they will ask for 399 euros, and for the 6/128 GB – 499 euros. By pre-order, they give as a gift a mouse, a cover, a smart lamp or a keyboard cover.
