Honor plans to launch flagship smartphone with Snapdragon 888 Pro in August

While Honor is preparing for the presentation of the Honor 50 line of smartphones, information has appeared on the network that the company is also working on a new Magic smartphone.

This was announced by a Chinese insider Digital Chat Station on his Weibo page. According to the source, the new product will run on the yet unannounced Snapdragon 888 Pro processor (aka Snapdragon 888 Plus). SoC specifications are not yet available, but we can assume that it will become an overclocked version of the regular model. It was the same with the Snapdragon 855/855 + and Snapdragon 865/865 + chips. The flagship can be presented in August.

By the way, apart from the usual Magic smartphone, Honor is also working on the Magic Fold folding device. He will receive BOE and Visionox displays. If everything goes according to plan, the new product will be announced at the end of this or early next year.
