Hamilton won the British Formula 1 Grand Prix

British driver “Mercedes” Lewis Hamilton won the fourth stage of the championship “Formula 1” British Grand Prix, which was held at the track “Silverstone”.

The stage is held without an audience. Hamilton punctured a tire on the last lap and finished the race, slowing down considerably. The second place was taken by Red Bull driver Max Verstappen (+5.856 seconds) from the Netherlands. Monegasque Charles Leсlerc (Ferrari; +18,474) closed the top three. Verstappen set the best lap.

Alfa Tauri driver Daniil Kvyat was involved in an accident on lap 13, his car spun on the turn, and he crashed into the fence. After the collision, the Russian apologized to his team. As reported on the website “f-1”, Kvyat, most likely, punctured the tire during the approach to the turn. Kevin Magnussen of Haas also finished the race ahead of schedule after an accident. Kvyat’s teammate, Frenchman Pierre Gasly (+31.188), finished seventh.
