Google announced 5G version of Pixel 4a and Pixel 5

Today, Google not only officially unveiled the Pixel 4a smartphone, but also announced the 5G version of the Pixel 4a and Pixel 5.

What and when to wait

Of course, so far this is just a short mention of new models and not a full presentation. Both smartphones will receive 5G support and will debut this fall.

“Pixel 4a (5G) and Pixel 5 will be available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia. In the coming months, we will share more about these devices and our approach to 5G, ”reads the Google blog.

Smartphones already have a page in the Google Store. Anyone can subscribe to be among the first to learn new details.

The company also disclosed the cost of the 5G version of the Pixel 4a – from $499. Not cheap, since the regular Pixel 4a was priced at $349. How much the Pixel 5 will cost – Google has not yet admitted.
