A man armed with a knife killed three people in nice on Thursday.
New attacks may follow in France amid a declared “war against Islamist ideology,” French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said on Friday.
On Thursday, a Tunisian man armed with a knife and shouting “Allahu Akbar” attacked a Cathedral in the French city of Nice, beheading a woman and killing two others. The suspect was injured and detained by police.
“We are at war with an enemy that is both inside and outside,” Darmanen told RTL. “We need to understand that there have been and will be other events like these terrible attacks.”
