Fires rage in California, fire creeps toward Hollywood

Already 17 fires are raging in California, USA. Free News reported with reference to CNN, destroyed 94 hectares of forest, and 80 thousand homes are in the danger zone. Nearly 200,000 people were instructed to leave their homes and move to safety. The situation is complicated by strong winds, which only inflates the flames even more.

On October 27, a state of emergency was declared throughout the state. About 4 thousand rescuers are fighting the fire.

About 2.5 million people were left without electricity-Pacific Gas & Electric itself to prevent new fires from breaking wires cut off the supply. State authorities do not agree with such a step and have already said that they intend to investigate whether this violated the law and the rights of consumers.

Wildfires are approaching Los Angeles, the largest city by population in California reports Deutsche Welle.
