F-22 crash landed on Pearl Harbor

The American fifth-generation fighter F-22 Raptor made an emergency landing at the Pearl Harbor-Hickam base (Hawaii). The corresponding video was published on Instagram by the user hnlramper.

The caption to the video notes that landing on the runway required the use of an aerial finisher, for which the brake hook of the aircraft caught.

The publication The Drive notes that this kind of landing can be made, for example, if there are problems with the hydraulics or the undercarriage of the aircraft.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
