Erdogan told Biden about the immutability of Turkey’s position on the S-400

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said after a meeting with his American counterpart Joe Biden that he informed the US president that Ankara’s position on the supply of S-400 air defense systems remains unchanged.

“Turkey’s position on the supply of S-400 air defense systems remains unchanged. I said this to the president (Joe Biden). The same applies to the F-35 program,” the Anadolu Agency quoted Erdogan as saying.

According to the agency, Erdogan invited the US president to Turkey. “Biden said that he could visit Turkey,” Anadolu quoted the Turkish leader as saying.

He also called the meeting with Biden constructive.
