Elon Musk did not rule out the possibility of selling bitcoin assets to Tesla

Tesla previously suspended the sale of its cars for cryptocurrency due to the non-ecological way of obtaining it.

Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of the electric car manufacturer Tesla, did not rule out the possibility that the company may sell or has already sold its bitcoin assets. This is evidenced by Musk’s tweet, sent in response to a message from one of the users of the microblogging service.

A user under the nickname CryptoWhale noted that in the next quarter, bitcoin holders would be annoyed when they learn that Tesla got rid of its remaining bitcoin assets, to which Musk replied: “Really.”

Earlier it became known that Tesla suspended the sale of its cars for the bitcoin cryptocurrency due to the non-ecological method of obtaining it.

On February 8, Tesla announced that it had invested $1.5 billion in bitcoin. The company also announced in March that it was starting to accept bitcoin as payment for its products. Musk later called Tesla’s investment in bitcoin reckless.
