Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian was disinherited $250 million

The media reported that Elizabeth Hurley’s 19-year-old son Damian was expelled by a court decision at the request of his grandfather from the will of his late father Steve Bing, who committed suicide last year. Damian’s share was estimated at nearly $250 million. Elizabeth Hurley’s reaction was not long in coming.

When Stephen committed suicide, he died thinking that his children would be taken care of. What Stephen wanted is now brutally changed. I know Stephen would have been devastated, representatives of 56-year-old Elizabeth conveyed her words to the press.

Stephen Bing, former lover of Elizabeth, committed suicide in June 2020 at the age of 55. A wealthy financier, he established trust funds for his children, Damian and 23-year-old Kira Kerkorian, Bing’s daughter by tennis player Lisa Bonder. Bing was suing his own father, Peter Bing, who tried to deprive Damian and Kira of access to the estate, according to the Daily Mail. Then Stephen managed to win the case.

Peter Byng, however, has now appealed the decision on the grounds that Damian and Kira were illegitimate children. According to the court’s report, Bing’s fortune is currently being split between his sister Mary’s children.

Lisa Bonder, former lover of Stephen Bing, also shared a comment with the Daily Mail:

As a mother, I wonder why the hell this had to happen. Why turn two innocent children into victims?

Damian was very upset about the loss of his father. Just a couple of weeks ago, on the anniversary of his death, Elizabeth Hurley’s son posted a touching message to fans on Instagram about how he and his mother dealt with their grief.

For me, the idea of publicly discussing something as personal as grief is terrifying … But sometimes it is necessary. The past year has been a hell of a lot for everyone on the planet, and I think it’s vital to acknowledge it. Fighting doesn’t mean being weak. To overcome is strong. Thank you so much for all your messages today, I love you all, Damian shared.

Elizabeth confirmed the death of her ex-lover a year ago also on Instagram:

This is a terrible end. Our years together were very happy, and I am posting these photos, because although we went through difficult times, I have good, wonderful memories of a sweet, kind person.

Steve Bing has had affairs with many famous women. The Hollywood producer and screenwriter not only won the heart of Elizabeth Hurley in 2002, but also dated Uma Thurman, Nicole Kidman and Sharon Stone.

Bing founded Shangri-La Entertainment, which produced and funded films such as The Polar Express with Tom Hanks.
