Donald Trump: LeBron James’ racist remarks are disgusting and demeaning

Former US President Donald Trump criticized Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James for his recent comments on Twitter about the murder of 16-year-old African American Macay Bryant in Columbus. The girl was shot and killed by white police officer Nicholas Reardon. LeBron posted a photo of the cop with the caption “You’re next,” but later deleted the tweet.

“LeBron James should focus on basketball and not destroy the NBA, which has had the lowest TV ratings in its long and distinguished history. James’ racist remarks are controversial, disgusting, offensive and demeaning. LeBron may be a great basketball player, but he does nothing to unite our country, ” Trump quoted Newsweek as saying.
