Dodge announced at its Stellantis: EV Day 2021 event that it is going to market the world’s first electric muscle car.
At the presentation, Dodge CEO Timothy Kuniskis showed the first teaser of the novelty. Some parts of the car can be seen in the video. Apparently, the car will look similar to the first generation Dodge Charger (cover photo), which was released on the market in the late 60s. In addition, the car will receive a new glowing logo.
Interestingly, Dodge won’t call the car an electric vehicle (EV). It will be moved to a separate new class – eMuscle. As for the characteristics, according to rumors, the car will receive an 800+ hp engine. and will be able to travel 500-800 km on a single charge.
