Disney creates Baby Groot’s robot from Guardians Of The Galaxy

Robotics specialists at Disney Robotics, as part of the Project Kiwi initiative, that completely copies Baby Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

The robot looks like a real movie character. He already knows how to perform about 50 different actions, including walking with different gaits, dancing, and changing his emotions.

However, while Groot is not brought to the ideal. The control takes place via a connected cable, but in the future, the robot should become autonomous. And one battery charge lasts less than 1 hour, but the developers are working to increase this time.

Baby Groot was created for Disneyland amusement parks, where the robot can interact with young and adult visitors.
