DigiTimes: Apple to release new MacBook Pro in September

Information continues to appear on the network when Apple will introduce the new MacBook Pro. This time, the details were shared by the Taiwanese edition of DigiTimes.

According to the report, Apple partners have begun supplying components for the new product and, if all goes according to plan, the laptop will be presented at the end of the third quarter. That is, in September. By the way, Bloomberg previously said that the device will be shown in the summer.

We will remind, the new MacBook Pro should enter the market in two versions: with a screen of 14 and 16 inches. According to the leaks, the device will receive a miniLED panel, autonomy up to 30 hours and a new design with flat edges, like the iPhone 12 and iPad Pro. In addition, Apple is going to remove the Touch Bar from the laptop and replace it with physical buttons.

The 2021 MacBook Pro is also credited with MagSafe charging support, multiple USB-C and HDMI ports. The device will work under the control of a new proprietary ARM-chip, which will replace the M1.
