COVID-19: quarantine measures introduced in Africa

The authorities of a number of countries, for example, Liberia, impose quarantine measures.

But the residents of the capital of the country do not really understand when and how exactly they act.

“It is not entirely clear what was meant.” Quarantine is so quarantine, but why can I go out in the afternoon and in the morning, and therefore not?

On the eve of the Security Council, Côte d’Ivoire introduced the mandatory wearing of masks when leaving the home.
