COVID-19: in Italy, a new sad record

Italy has broken its own sad record for the number of deaths from coronavirus. Over the past day, 793 people died from COVID-19 in the country, according to the Ministry of health of the country.

In the UK, the number of confirmed cases of infection increased by almost a thousand per day to 5,018 people. At the same time, the number of fatalities increased by 56, to 233. According to the BBC, according to a computer model developed at Imperial College of London and used to inform the government, half a million people may die from coronavirus in the country if preventive measures are not taken.
