Conor McGregor threatens to take revenge on Poirier

Former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Conor McGregor continues to remind MMA fans that he will definitely return with a victory soon.

On Instagram, he posted a photo of his second fight against Dustin Poirier, with whom he will hold a third fight on July 11 in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA). The fight will take place in the lightweight division and will headline the UFC 264 tournament, which will take place with full stands.

“25 days I finish the job,” Conor captioned the photo.

Recall that in January 2021, the former interim UFC lightweight champion Poirier took revenge on McGregor, sending the famous Irishman to a knockout in the second five-minute fight. In 2014, when Poirier and McGregor were still competing in the featherweight division, Conor managed to knock out Dustin, and it took him less than two minutes.
