Congressman Cummings plans to send White House agenda

The head of one of the House committees leading the impeachment investigation into President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he plans to send a subpoena to the White House demanding documents related to contacts between the administration and Ukraine.

“The White house’s blatant disregard for requests to voluntarily provide documents, coupled with the inspector General’s urgent warnings about the seriousness of these allegations, leave us no choice but to send this subpoena,” oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings wrote in a memo to Committee members.
