CNN fired three employees because of visiting the office without vaccination

CNN President Jeff Zucker also announced that he postponed the return to office work scheduled for September 7.

CNN has severed contracts with three of its employees who visited the office without being vaccinated against coronavirus, which has recently been required by its internal rules. This was reported on Thursday by a journalist of the TV channel Oliver Darcy, citing CNN President Jeff Zucker.

“Last week, we learned that three employees came to the office without having been vaccinated. All three were dismissed. I want to make it clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy on this issue,” Darcy quoted on Twitter a fragment from an internal letter from Zucker to employees of the TV channel.

In addition, the president of CNN said that he was postponing the return to office work scheduled for September 7; now, the channel’s management plans to do this in mid-October.
