As reported by CNN concerning a source in the Ministry of Defense, the US military is preparing to expand its participation in the fight against the pandemic. They are hastily erecting temporary hospitals in many states, and two Navy field hospitals, one of which was in reserve, are awaiting deployment orders. In total, this is 450 people, a third of whom are doctors. Also, the ground forces formed 15 medical teams from the reserve to work in cities.

US Attorney General William Barr announced that the US Federal Bureau of prisons faced an emergency due to the rapid spread of coronavirus in prisons: it is instructed to transfer more prisoners to home confinement.
