Brooklyn Beckham, 21, and Nicola Peltz, 25, have decided to postpone their wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic. The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham and the heiress of the American tycoon Nelson Peltz plan to exchange vows at the Cotswolds estate in the UK, and then arrange a second ceremony in Nicola’s home state, Florida. Thus, relatives from both the groom’s and the bride’s side will be able to attend the wedding.
The couple originally planned to get married in September 2021, but postponed the celebration to 2022 due to too high risks:
Brooklyn told his mates this week that they decided to postpone the wedding as it was too risky, a source told The Mirror.
Brooklyn and Nicola announced their engagement in July and are planning two celebrations on both sides of the Atlantic. It is assumed that Beckham’s best men will be his brothers: 18-year-old Romeo and 15-year-old Cruz, and Victoria were entrusted to create the bride’s wedding dress.
As reported by The Sun, Brooklyn’s nine-year-old sister Harper will be the main bridesmaid. David will be the host of the ceremony and other family members will give a speech at the reception.
Brooklyn is incredibly dedicated to the family, he and the boys are so close. They are brothers and his best friends, the source said.
