Bolton criticized Trump’s foreign policy

Former US President Donald Trump’s national security adviser John Bolton criticized the US leader’s foreign policy during a closed meeting in New York. US News reported.

According to Bolton, Trump’s decision to invite leaders of the radical Taliban movement to the country residence of the US President at Camp David was a “terrible signal.”

A former adviser to the American leader called such a step a manifestation of disrespect for the victims of the terrorist attack on September 11.
Bolton also spoke negatively about the idea of talks with North Korea and Iran. He said they were “doomed to fail.” Bolton believes that Tehran and Pyongyang are interested in negotiations only to ease the sanctions regime by the United States.

It is reported that at the meeting Bolton did not mention Trump’s name.
