BlackBerry is preparing to release a smartphone with a physical QWERTY keyboard

Information has appeared on the network more than once that the Canadian company OnwardMobility, which now owns the BlackBerry brand, is preparing to launch a smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard. There is almost no information about the new product, but our colleagues from LetsGoDigital decided to create concept images of the device.

The concept was named BlackBerry Passport 2 5G. It outwardly resembles the original model that entered the market in 2014. The device has three colors, a glass case with a metal frame, a physical keyboard, and a square touchscreen display without holes or cutouts. According to the designer, its diagonal is 4.5 inches.

The renders also show stereo speakers, a USB-C charging port and three cameras: single front and dual main.

Naturally, this is just the author’s vision and the real model may be radically different. By the way, according to rumors, OnwardMobility will present a new product before the end of this year.
