Biden’s aides again did not allow him to answer questions from reporters

Aides to US President Joe Biden again did not allow him to answer questions from journalists; this happened during a visit to a hardware store in Washington, this is evidenced by a video of the Fox News channel.

The US president spent about ten minutes looking around the store with the owners, after which the press tried to ask him a few questions, including whether there is a crisis on the border with Mexico. Before Biden could open his mouth, he was interrupted by presidential aides.

Biden has been in office for 48 days, and no press conference has been organized.

All 15 previous US presidents had their first contact with journalists within about 33 days of taking office. Biden has been silent for seven weeks. The press service of the White House promises to hold the first meeting with the press before the end of this month. Still, such a prolonged silence only strengthens the talk about the infirmity of the new president, which before the election in his entourage was written off as Trump propaganda.
