Biden urged to control new weapons systems

US President Joe Biden said that the countries need to work together on a mechanism that will help control new weapons systems that reduce response time.

“I am glad that today we agreed to launch a strategic stability dialogue. This increases the risk of accidental war,” Biden said at a press conference following talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
